(as a staff member),

 I was on the other side of the fence yesterday, staff member into patient, and was in WG for a small procedure and just wanted to say a big thank you to your nursing staff within the Endoscopy Unit for putting me at my ease before, during and afterwards.  Nurse Elaine admitted me and was very nice and reassuring and again in the scope room the nurses were great but a special thanks to the nurse who very gently re-assured me during my whole procedure, that I was doing well and helped me control my breathing, she was very calm, when I was not……
