(as a parent/guardian),

We went to the Birmingham Chest Clinic twice in March 2019. Reason for visit was vaccination our 2 years old daughter.When they put needle to her arm they didn't clean arm and Didn't Wear Once Use Gloves. Its very poor service.

I hope you pass this message to the right people.
