Whilst this may be trivial to many, i suffer from needle phobia, but the help i received from both the Dr, prior to the test and the member of staff who conducted the procedure, was outstanding.
However, a special thank you to the member of staff who was simply fantastic today.
Despite trying my best not to embarrass myself, she was patient and kind, something sadly lacking at my last surgery.
Far too often these individuals don't get the praise they deserve, so thank you.
