(as the patient),

I would like to say I was treated extremely well and could not have been any better, both nurses were very very caring and professional in all the duties performed and would like to say a big thank you for everything all I can say is keep up the good work and the NHS should be very proud to provide nurses of high quality like the ones who I had the pleasure of meeting
