(as a service user),

The care and encouragement from this organisation has been the best I have ever received.

With the help of my careworker Mike and the rest of the team I am achieving things , that this time last, I could never had coped with. So a big thank you to everyone here and especially mike, I am in such a better place

How inspiring to hear how different things are for you now and how much you are achieving compared to last year. I will pass on your comments to Mike and the team but also want to acknowledge all the hard work you must have done in order to now be in a much better place. I know you have felt encouraged by staff here, and in turn, your words will encourage others.
