(as a service user),

I have just spent four days (first in A& E) on Ward A5. I have nothing but high praise for the staff on the ward ~ the nurses, HCAs, the student nurses, the physiotherapist, the cleaners, and the list goes on. They all work tirelessly to develop an EXCELLENT standard of care. Thank you so so much to all of you for making all the difference when I was in so much pain. Thank you also to the other patients who made it so much more tolerable too  😊

Thank you for spending the time to send a message of praise for the staff on both ward A5 and A&E. I will ensure that this is passed on to all the staff, who will be thrilled to hear this really lovely feedback.

It is so important that we provide excellent and patient centred care, so I am pleased that you have received this from all our staff we have at the hospital. It is so lovely that you have also acknowledged staff that sometimes get missed out.
