"Surgery is ridiculous"

First of all I’d like to start by saying I’m aware you have had some issues with a new phone system but from what I can see that was last year! Unfortunately I can never ever get an appointment at this surgery either because I am placed in a que and your staff answer and disconnect the call instead of answering to say no appointments or because I have been waiting 25 - 30 minutes for someone to answer. I was given inaccurate information two times by your receptionists who quite clearly need more training or to be told the correct information to pass on to a patient! It’s a utter joke and I will be finding a new surgery!
