My Husband has been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and apart from seeing the nurse never seen a doctor as he got other health issues along with it . A consultation over the phone was the one and only time he spoke to one of your foreign doctors and when he told him that he is working away and comes home very 2-3 month and needed a larger supply of his meds and insulin etc. he said directly * Are you milking the NHS?* This sort of attitude towards patients is totally unacceptable and shouldn't be tolerated!!!!!!!. When he picked up his prescription the same day he complained to one of the staff but I really doubt it that something has been done regarding this matter.

Dear Patient, I am so sorry that you have needed to complain.

This is disappointing to read and not what we aspire to achieve.

In order to investigate further the accusation made, we need to have the patient details etc.

To this end, I would be obliged if you could contact the Practice Manager so we can address this complaint as quickly as possible.
