"For all your help and kindness in my hour of need"

About: West London NHS Trust / Primary Care Mental Health Service (Hammersmith & Fulham)

(as the patient),

I was getting very anxious about every day relationships and not sleeping well and at this age was wondering if it was all worth it my first interview was over the phone spoke to a really helpful person she made me feel very comfortable and from that interview I was quickly referred to the psychology person to talk over my fears, she was very compassionate and kind I felt a wave lifting over  me and engaged in telling her everything I had six sessions that helped so much and she referred me to a sleeping

and how to relax workshops which I found very helpful I am now getting help with relationships am so pleased my doctor referred me I had been putting things of so long and the workshops made me feel like there are so many young people struggling through life that my problems were quite small. Compared to theirs.
Since having treatment four months later I have started to get bad and negative feelings but I refer to all the appropriate help that I was given so I thank you for all your help and kindness in my hour of need thank you Hammersmith/Fulham mental Health
