"The phlebotomist was lovely"

About: Royal Derby Hospital

(as a service user),

I went to the drop in clinic to have a blood test. There was one person before me. I took a ticket, sat down and was called a minute later.

The phlebotomist was lovely and despite not being able to get blood from my right arm, she reassured me and made me feel comfortable. She successfully got a sample from my left arm. 

It was so quick, my parking was free!
