"excellent care of my mother"

My mother is a patient here and needs a lot of care.

I liaise with one GP and this works really well. If I find a problem, I email the surgery and this GP gets back in touch, reviews the problem and quickly sorts the problem.

I have not personally attended this practice, and I may have the benefit of being a consultant geriatrician, but the communication with this GP and practice is exceptionally good, one of the best that I have ever encountered.
