I work with the Scottish Ambulance Service & I called the on call medic which was Tom from Hairmyers, he was extremely patient and supported my decision for best patient care. Due to his level of seniority I was confident in my decision and we as a team were able to to what was best for the patient.

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience. It is important that we recognise the team approach to patient care and your account of the support offered by Tom is reassuring and intuitive. You obviously worked in collaboration to ensure optimum patient centred care. You should both be commended on your communication and team work. Thank you.
