"Visit to Emergency Department"

I visited the emergency department at 8.15am due to a sore finger.  I was worried as to what this could be, and thought that I may have sprained it. 

On visiting the emergency department one of the Charge Nurses dealt with me, immediately.  Some of my worries were taken away, as this nurse made me feel as ease,  

The nurse providing the care to me, before sending me for an x-ray, which was done pretty quickly.  After my visit to x-ray, I was given news that I did not expect to hear.  The care I received from the nursing staff during this time made me feel at ease as I was very apprehensive and stressed as to what may happen next. 

The visit to the emergency department, is never a place I like to visit as the staff are very busy and hard working, and don't like to cause any bother.

The visit was excellent as I was in the department, received the care and attention from the nursing staff, that I needed, which helped a stressful visit seem a bit less traumatic for me, and was out of the department within one hour.  Outstanding care from the nursing staff.
