Shields Medical Practice

I hardly every get the chance to make a suitable appointment. My symptoms didn’t get taken seriously after a long time, always get told to call on the day for an appointment and when I do I get spots which aren’t suitable or either phone line is busy and they never let me book an appointment the next day or later.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with booking an appointment at Shields Medical Practice.

As GP’ are Independent Contractors they are responsible for investigating and responding to any concerns or complaints a patient has. The best option would be to contact the Practice Manager to discuss this, you can do this in writing or by telephone. i have taken a complaint form to tell the manager, i will see how it goes and then i will give feedback on here
