(as a relative),

My mother was admitted to the cardiology ward for a total stay of three weeks. From admission though to discharge, every single member of staff she came into contact with was amazing. They treated her with such affection that I certainly worried less and less as each day passed, knowing she was being given such wonderful care from such a dedicated team. She and I will remember them all fondly.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your mother's recent stay with us in Cardiology. I am so pleased that you were happy with her care and that we were able to reassure you during what must have been a really difficult time. I hope she's on the mend now and feeling much better.

I will pass your comments on to the staff in the ward. It means a lot to them to hear that you appreciate their hard work and dedication. Also, it's so nice that you mentioned her being treated with affection - I know how kind and caring our staff are and it's great to see what a difference that makes for our patients.
