About: University Hospital Wishaw / Maternity Care (Wards 21-24)

(as the patient),

I developed pre clampsia and had to get sectioned early. I was so nervous about this and the staff at Wishaw General Hospital in the maternity ward were outstanding! They really made me feel at ease through the full experience. From triage, theatre staff and all the girls working on the ward I have never experienced a nicer group of people that genuinely care about your well being. They made the full experience for me and my son special. I really hope that they get the recognition that they deserve. Excellent staff at wishaw maternity!

I am so pleased that you felt supported and were put at ease especially as I am sure you felt quite stressed with everything that was happening.
