"My GP practice is outstanding"

About: London Road Medical Practice

(as a service user),

Every appointment with the doctor...every contact with Reception...every phone call from staff...I have NEVER had a poor experience. In fact I feel reassured by this practice's excellent customer care. 

Ultimately I need the doctors to care for me and look after my well being and I am more than grateful for their professionalism and  empathetic approach. 

Thank you ALL for looking after me. I am truly grateful for all you do. If there was a prize in Croydon for the best GP practice I think you should win!
