"Nhs at its best!"

About: West Cornwall Hospital (Penzance) / Urgent Treatment Centre

Visited Urgent Care on Saturday morning-9th March and we were immediately advised of ‘a wait’ due to staff absence. So yes, We did have to wait a while for which the cheerful staff nurse apologised. Everyone on the department were pleasant and organised. My husband had fallen and cut his arm quite badly. He was x rayed and subsequently stitched up! We were both very grateful for the care received.

Thank you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback to the Urgent Care Centre at West Cornwall Hospital. We always strive to provide a good service even if staffing levels are compromised and we try to keep waiting times to a minimum. I am pleased to hear that you both had a positive experience and I hope your husband is recovering well.
