I was seen in Orthopaedic outpatients for a review of my shoulder following dislocation, & relocation in the ED. There was a long wait in outpatients – 90 minutes – to see the doctor. The (calm) senior staff nurse kept patients informed about the wait and arranged for those of us who needed x-rays to have this done while waiting. The reception staff & HCA were helpful & friendly. The doctor was efficient, professional, and friendly. Thank you
