"Great people skills"

Out patients appointment. Very good, polite staff and attentive doctor who was himself, very polite and friendly with great people skills which can sometimes not be the case. My only complaint is that I find it very odd that in this day and age when people are suffering from identity theft that you are asked very openly for your full name and date of birth and address. Perfect for any unscrupulous people sitting waiting also. Show the screen and ask if its correct not ask us to blurt it out to everyone waiting. This is private information. It was the same in the pharmacy when waiting for a prescription. There must be some other way to verify you have the correct person.
