"Visit to A&E"

I visited the A&E dept of the hospital this morning and I had a really good experience. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I was seen quickly and everyone explained what was happening. I was impressed by the professionalism and support given and finally reassurance and an understandable explanation of what had happened, thank you for your help .
