"Physiotherapy"

My wife attened for physio on Tuesday when she vomited so cancelled.We went again today.She is recovering from a hip op after breaking it and has 3 crushed vertebra and needs physio to help her.She was given an exercise progamme which I am expected to help her with.I am 75 years old have arthritis in my shoulders and severe arthritis in my spine[broken in 2010 severe arthritis in my knee and prostate cancer.My wife cannot help in the house so I do all the work associated with good house keeping as well as seeing to all her needs.I was hoping help would be forthcoming with the physio and to give me a break.It seems not.as the physio want me to help her.I am not superman.
