(as a service user),

I had to navigate some very high Kerbs and ended up damaging one of the hangers on my electric powered wheelchair. I felt gutted that the wheelchair was out of commission for a couple of days! I phoned the westmarc main office to tell them I would like to go to westmarc in Motherwell to get the hanger replaced as this is my nearest westmarc, they said I would have to wait but I went the day after. I think the technician at westmarc was very helpful and fixed the chair promptly and I was delighted!
