(as the patient),

I attended the opthamology clinic, all staff that I came into contact with from SN Liz to Dr Livingstone to the SN who took my bloods were all very pleasant and professional. Dr Livingston must be one of the most caring individuals I have came across , he had a medical student sitting in and also took time to inform him of my consultation , a good mentor .,the student will learn a lot from him. 

I also attended FVRH for a CT scan, again all staff were caring , friendly and professional.This makes an anxious experience less so , well done to them all .
