I would recommend St Andrew's because they have helped me a hell of a lot by supporting me and helping me when I need something. The staff are always there when you need them.

 I do a lot of woodwork sessions and I've made a side table, CD racks, shoe racks, clocks, mobiles for cots, photo frames and Christmas/Halloween decorations. I also work around the hospital.

I self-cater and self-medicate 7 days a week. I go out on day trips with the ward and I am always out and about on my own and with my peers.

Staff are brilliant. This is the best ward that I have been on because it's more laid back, the staff interact with you more and some of the other girls are alright.

Thank-you so much for the feedback, whilst I appreciate all feedback this one really hits the spot with me because it emphasises the exact mentality and approach I know all staff thrive to deliver here.

It's pleasing to hear that you are utilising a vast amount of facilities we have here at St Andrew's and increasing the skills you have. It's also excellent to hear that you self-cater and self-medicate, you are well and truly on the road to recovery and I am so happy for you. I will personally pass this feedback on to the Thornton team.
