I had a telephone consultation with the doctor for my blood test result.
It was booked with the receptionist.
My result was available the same evening after my blood test on line & I was also alerted abut this via a text message. I was grateful that the doctor forwarded the information to me so promptly.
It was late in the evening at 7:40 pm & I was concerned that the doctor might have missed his evening meal.
The doctor explained & clarified my queries, particularly about my food allergy result patiently.
He also offered me further information to help me understand the result.
I am very grateful to the doctor for his professionalism.
