About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

Had an appointment at Forth Valley Royal Hospital today for minor op procedure. I was slightly nervous before the appointment but my nurse practitioner made me feel calm after explaining the procedure before starting and telling me what was next. Checking I was ok regularly. Explained what I needed to do after op to look after my wound and aftercare service required.
