"Politeness by Phlebotomist would be appreciated"

About: Gravesham Community Hospital

While I was trying to adjust my position on the chair to not distress my painful shoulder the phlebotomist rudely commented

' that handrest is not for your convenience but for my back'

Manner and communication was very loud and disrespectful.

Will most likely book an appointment at DVH rather than visit the place again.
