"It just gets better and better"

Sensational service yesterday at Park Lane Surgery. I had a few lumps and bumps that needed removing and was expecting several trips to North Tees and a massive wait. Instead they were treated and removed by our expert doctors and nursing staff at Park Lane Surgery. As usual I was greeted with a smile by the reception team. After a very short wait I was taken into the procedure room. The doctor and nurse formally greeted me with a handshake. The doctor took time to explain the procedure and to correctly consent me. The care that they took during the procedure was first class and at no time did I feel any pain.

I would like to formally thank the whole team for their exacting work.
