"I owe them the new chapters in my life"

About: Community mental health services / Recovery College

(as the patient),

The Recovery College.

Excellent. The service has helped me cope with a very stressful episode in my life. It has given me hope & the ability to have some form of control over my problem. Initially I was unable to sleep even when taking sleeping tablets & the Dr prescribe anti anxiety tablets. The tools the college has given me has allowed me to control my anxiety, get sleep & afforded me the luxury of not having to take the prescribed medication. I now have a positive outlook on my future & have stopped catastrophising. The course delivery was exceptional & the tutors were so knowledgable & understanding, showing empathy & compassion throughout. Without their help & advice I could be in crisis right now. I owe them the new chapters in my life.
