"Getting the right support to stay in employment"

I currently work in quite a stressful environment that is mentally draining and demanding, previously my job were quite manageable but within the last year it has become more and more stressful. This has caused myself quite a lot of stress and anxiety as there's a lot of pressure to achieve targets and stats. All this boiled up and I found myself unable to cope.

I felt I couldn't talk to anyone at work or receive any support in fear of being deemed unable to  continue with my normal duties or seen as a weaker employee. 

I were referred to the working win service and I have been working with Joe who has supported me in contacting work on my behalf to arrange meetings that have enabled me to highlight my problems at work and then I can get the correct support. Due to this I have stayed in employment and feel like I have someone in my corner, any troubles I have I work with my work and enterprise coach and we go through my worries together. I am also being supported in finding other employment when I notice other jobs I wish to apply for, this has given me more confidence in my current role and also the opportunity to find other employment as a second option.
