Wow how lovely is that?

I really appreciate you taking the time to reflect over your last 13 years of care and sending us this wee note of thanks. It means the world to us to know that you feel we have played a fundamental part in keeping you alive. There can’t be many things that are more important than that, can there?

We will share this with the respiratory team in Wansbeck who I am sure will be just as blown away and grateful as I am.
