I have been visiting my mother on Pendennis ward for the last 3 days and upon entering the stairwell from Level 1 at Trelawney entrance to 2nd level, there has been a Crocodile sweet sat at the top of the stairs for three days.
Although this little jolly fellow has survived being eaten, he is now littering the stairwell and unfortunately shows that the areas are not cleaned on the regular basis! I first spotted him on Friday and he is still there today, Monday. Along with a large chunk of chocolate muffin on the 2nd level entrance!
If this is the cleanliness of a stairwell, which is used daily and repeatedly, does that mean that there are other areas of the hospital that are also not cleaned on a regular basis?
I hope the crocodile is escorted from the premises as soon as possible, he clearly doesn't belong on a hospital floor.
