"Suspected Heart Problem"

About: Solihull Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Visted emergency dept at Solihull as I thought I had a heart problem. Extremely busy outpatients, however was seen within 5 minutes of being registered at reception. Put straight on to heart monitor, transferred to main emergency AMU. Was given second to none treatment, staff all friendly and professional. Was there 6 hours while they done their checks and I could not have been treated better.

Under immense pressure as all cubicles were full with others waiting. Highly recommended.
