(as a parent/guardian),

Once again absolutely amazing care from all the staff at NSECH. My little baby girl was very well looked after as was my wife. Last time we were there having our son we thought it was great and this time was no different, clean tidy rooms, friendly helpful informative staff, all the birthing unit team at Cramlington are a credit to the NHS.

Hello,

Huge congratulations on the birth of your little girl. I hope her big brother is excited to have a new little sister around the place.

Thanks for finding the time to sit down and jot down your thoughts about the care you have received as a family and just how much this meant to you and your wife.

It is so reassuring to know that once again you have been delighted with experience of the birthing centre we look forward to welcoming you back for baby number 3! :)
