"Excellent care"

About: Rosie Hospital

I was sent to the Rosie Hospital by my GP due to severe sickness.

When I arrived at clinic 23 I was seen by a Doctor straight away. I needed to go on IV fluids and have medication to ease the sickness. I am very afraid of needles and was very nervous about going on the IV fluids. The midwife was unable to put the cannula in due to me being so dehydrated and quickly arranged for a lovely anaesthetist to put in the cannula who kindly placed local anaesthetic as I was nervous.

As I was so dehydrated I was told that I would need to stay in hospital and continue on the drip. I stayed in the Sara Ward until Tuesday.

EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF treated me so well and with respect. This is the reason why I have choose to have my second child at the Rosie Hospital rather than close to my home as I am ALWAYS 100% treated so nicely and efficiently.

Thank you to everyone.
