"There was a calmness and professionalism from them"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine Jubilee Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

What a great friendly and calm A&E at Jubilee Hospital

Big thank you to Amanda on 101 plus the 2 other nurses for their kind, gentle and caring nature in such a busy ward. I felt looked after and well informed on what was going on.Especially as initially I was on my own totally and in pain.

When I moved to Ward 301 Lindsay was lovely on the night shift and the lovely RGU student nurse, both kept myself and husband updated on what was happening there was a calmness and professionalism from them & others on the very busy shift. Lyndsay was a brilliant, natural listener to all on the ward visitors and patients. Nurse in Charge Lesley in the morning shift what a star giving out great advice and tips, she helped all of us in our room smile and explained anything to anyone asked no harshness or curtness in her voice. It is a difficult job they do with many challenges.
