I had psychiatric appointment changed to later date.
On calling resource centre, a nurse called be back within 2 hours. Marie, a nurse, was patient, understanding and very helpful.
I have BPD, Bi Polar Disorder. Marie listened to my intense Rant for an hour !
Concluding with advice, support and a way forward! At 7 o’clock she was leaving our call to write a detailed email!
I have been struggling...but this nurse, lady, made a huge difference. . I felt someone really cared.
Mental/ Emotional health is the most difficult to work with . But these guys made a decision to work in this field . Often thankless, often criticised.
Overworked! And in my experience! They care! Beyond the restrictions of a job description.
