"Poor location and parking"

I took my mum for an appointment at Nye Bevan in Rochdale. The location is not ideal and parking is horrendous. Visiting this site for the first time I couldn't find parking within the designated car park. I parked on the street adjacent to the centre and ended up with a parking ticket. Walking into the centre staff from the centre were smoking outside the building not a good image for NHS services especially when NHS trusts display no smoking signs so I don't understand why NHS staff themselves ignore the signs? Why commit to stop smoking. Overall absolutely unimpressed with today's experience and will be ensuring my mum's future appointments are booked elsewhere.
