"This is not goog for NHS patients"

About: Chiltern Hospital

My wife came to see a consultant on 28 December last year. That time we discussed about her small surgery and we already informed that we are travelling between 2nd to 20 th April 2019. So any appointment before or after that we are ok. Since then we didn't hear anything about the next appointment.

Rang so many times and nobody answer the phone. Last week we spoked to lady and she said she will pass this to the surgeon team's secretary. Yesterday we got an appointment letter saying it is booked for 4th April. Now we try to contact and speak to the reception but still difficult and my wife contacted today. Now they saying they cancelled that day and you have to go through your GP to get new appointment as it's being cancelled.

We already spoked to surgeon about the date When we we met last December and already passed the message through the receptionist.

Thas is very time consuming and waste of NHS money. Now they saying you have to wait till end of this year.
