About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

I visited her with my daughter at the weekend. I have 3 children and have visited hospitals regularly over the last few years. I have visited all other major hospitals in the north east with my children and never had such a good experience as I did here.

Care from the beginning was outstanding, I was listened to, talked to and cared for along with my daughter which I can say I have not had anywhere else. Communication, standard of care and cleanliness were all amazing.

I hope your daughter is feeling much better and it was nothing too serious. Great to hear that you felt the care was outstanding. We are extremely proud of the fantastic team we have here and it is always lovely to hear feedback from our patients.
