In January my father fell and broke his hip. After being in Durham University hospital for 2 weeks, where he had to have an operation on it he was transferred to Bishop Auckland ward 16 rehabilitation. I had to write this review for him as he spoke so highly of these people from the doctors nurses, physio team, auxiliary staff matron all the behind the scene staff even cleaners etc and anyone I have failed to mention or forgot (sorry). This team of people made my dad feel at ease and helped and cared for him so much we can't thank you enough we are truly grateful for what you have all done. Also I have to say that the people dealing with the meals he had need to be praised a lot as he ate every single meal he had in there and said it was like a hotel with lots of choice (absolutely loved the food )so again thank you! He is home now and doing well thanks to all of you! Ward 16 Brilliant!
