(as the patient),

Cannot fault the care and attention given by every member of staff in this department.

From start to finish my journey was first class...from arrival, friendly and caring staff made me feel at complete ease. The procedures were carried out in a dignified and professional manner. 

Thank you all very, very much for looking after me.
