I rang at 4pm with concerns about my child who was wheezy. The oncall doctor rang back within 10 minutes and we were given an appointment at 4.30pm. We were seen by a very competent and kind GP and within a few minutes my son was on a nebuliser. I’m very grateful for the prompt assessment which stopped my son deteriorating to the point of needing a hospital admission. Thank you.
