I rang up for appointment yesterday,I was told there are not appointments and to ring back a 8 am the NEXED day only to be told there is none,,this is always the case.i had a stroke not long ago. When I came out of hospital I needed an appointment.i rang up and was told to come down at a certain time,my Daughter was with me as I was very ill.when I got there I was given a number,waiting thinking I had an appointment,the receptionist shouted out my number,I went to the counter to be told I had an appointment at 4 in the afternoon,meaning I had to com back.this has caused me great stress.i was really ill at the time,I have now asked for the doctor to ring me,because that is all I can do.i complained and and I don’t think they are happy with that,I feel there is a great lack of Duty of care. I would be great full if this could be looked into,I am now waiting for the doctor to call,and I am very worrid as I keep falling side ways .thank you for your time.
