"Outstanding service and professionalism"

I was totally impressed with the service received regarding my referral for a total knee replacement. from my initial doctors appointment on the 26/10/18 to my referral appointment at Barlborough on the 22/11/18 and finally my knee replacement on the 31/01/19 a total of 16 weeks was amazing service.

I was particularly impressed with the process and they way I was involved with all decision making regarding types of anaesthetics, physio treatment and recuperation period following my surgery.

The clinic staff were outstanding and could not do enough to ensure I was comfortable at all times while I was hospitalised.

The communication aspect of my treatment was outstanding and very informative.

From the receptionist, the doctor, the nursing staff, the recovery staff and finally the physio staff

I can only say they served the establishment with exceptional commitment and professionalism, and I would have no trouble recommending Barlborough NHS treatment centre to anyone who was in need of treatment that this centre provides.

Well done to all and thank you so much for taking care of me.
