I learned about the changes in this practice by accident on Facebook. I contacted the head of practice by email to complain about this . I also mentioned the fact that I didn't agree with these changes and although some are put down to failure of people turning up for appointments, I always did and contacted the surgery to cancel if I couldn't. I don't see why I'm having to be what I consider to be downgraded to a worse system because of this. I did say I realise there may be government cutbacks that alter matters but I think it's appalling that patients are dealt with in this way.

Since contacting the head of practice I have heard nothing from them.

I have to have thyroxine permanently and worry for the future. I am getting older and worry about the service I'll receive from this surgery
