"EXCELLENT HELP FROM PALS"

About: Royal Orthopaedic Hospital

I needed to change my appointment time and informed PALS as I was told that i would need to wait again.

The appointment Manager was excellent in informing me within 48 hours that this had been change for me and to a suitable time and date without waiting again.

Very impressed.

The hospital staff at ROH are very friendly.
