The begin of the year I decided to stop smoking. Using the nhs service provided by the Stonebridge practice, I started using smoking as an hobby for relief of pain as in 2013 I suffered from Acl ligament tear in my knee which restricted my movement and left me in excruciating pain. as the year past the pain got less but the smoking become second nature, I had to find away to stop it was hard and often lack motivation. but this has been a great start to the year and I decided to give it my best shot. with the help of family, friends, the nurses and staff at the Stonebridge practice I was able this year to stop the habit of smoking and so far it been 15 days clean
