My mum had her cataracts done by the most fantastic surgeon. Mr Stead put mum at ease and was so quick. She thinks he's wonderful as do we. For a doctor he has such a friendly and kind manner and made mum feel like she was the only person on his mind that day even though he was clearly very busy. We can't thank him enough for being brilliant.
